but I've always been a fan of black and white drawings... Somehow, pencil work attracts me...

I loooove them!
(That's why I converted "To Face a Blood-Red Knight" and "Away in the Rain" to gray-scale in my scraps. I LOVE IT!!!)
And fire, well, I just make a bunch of colored lines on Adobe Photoshop, then I smudge them till they look like they're "flowing in the wind"(lol) and then I use the burn tool a bit and try to touch it up with a few other multicolors. :3 It's very simple and very easy, just annoying sometimes because it's hard to figure out just how bright to make it here and there. >_< omg it gets so annoying lol.
